Online Casino Scams
- Casinomeister has just added OrangeGamez.com to their Rogue Pit for not paying a customer what they are owed.
Proper documents were sent in and accepted and the player did receive $2000 for the first payout but no money has been seen since the initial payout.
The total payout for this player is $11,000 owed and customer service [...] - Casinomeister recently issued a warning about Crown Europe Casino (crowneurope.com) confiscating a players €800 winnings for playing ineligible games. The player disagreed and asked for 3rd party help and after getting the run around from support the casino finally sent an email to Casinomeister stating that they will not discuss player issues with 3rd party’s [...] - Cleopatras Palace Casino has been added to our casino blacklist for scamming players out of their money and we are warning all players to avoid this casino.
One of our forum members brought to our attention the “lack” of attention from CPC customer support:
IT IS REAL HARD TO COLLECT FROM THIS CASINO. THEY OWE ME $2,900. [...] - UPDATE #2: ibetcasino.com has not paid the player anything for 3 weeks now and all correspondence has ceased. Do no deposit and play at any of the betgoto casinos if you value your money.
UPDATE: Immediately after this post was made the betgoto cashier emailed this player with a control# for, get this… $400!!! And now [...] - We just received yet another email from an unfortunate Cirrus Casino player that allegedly got ripped off by Cirrus Casino. It’s always difficult to prove that the casino is at fault because they will not respond to our emails about the allegations. Since we have received many complaints about Cirrus we will take the side [...] - Casinomeister just issued a warning about Cherry Casino (NOT Cherry Red Casino). It appears that Cherry Casino has confiscated one of their players winnings and closed the players account.
The player tried to initiate a payout and the casino requested personal info docs (standard in the industry) but when the docs were sent the casino replied [...] - Casinomeister issued a warning today about Wagerunit possibly scamming online casino players out of there winnings by basically telling them they had not met the wagering requirements but sending them a check anyway.
Later they approved a withdrawal and then denied it saying something about not filing a false credit report (whatever that means) leaving the [...] - Jenningsbet.com will NOT discuss player issues with 3rd parties. That means if a player comes to us or any other online casino watchdog with an issue regarding jenningsbet, no one can help you.

Players should be aware that it is Betfair policy to not discuss player issues beyond stating what they believe the player has done wrong:
Due to money laundering potential, fraud and other criminal influences, these teams [Fraud and Risk] are not allowed to discuss the cases with other departments within the company, [...] - Casinomeister is reporting that a player from casino770.com filed a complaint from 2009. A £2400 withdrawal was held up and the player was told “your file is currently pending by our Financial Department and you will receive updates as soon as possible.” Well that payment was never received and Casinomeister nor the player haven’t heard [...]
